Your merchant number is the primary identifier used to locate your account in our system and to verify the account holder. You can find it in your setup email, welcome letter and on monthly processing statements. Be sure you have this number available each time you call for support. For your protection, only the merchant (the signer on the merchant application) can authorize changes to and cancellation of the account. If you have employees who help with daily operations, you can call and have them added as authorized users. We can only discuss the account with authorized contacts. Please keep in mind that contacts may also receive sensitive account information if they are authorized on the account.
