*The default setting for the Vega 3000 is one printed receipt for every approved sale. It is also possible to print two receipts (merchant copy and customer copy), but this is a back-end setting that must be changed on our end. To make this change, please submit a request to our Support Team.
Key functions:
- Press the power button in the lower left corner to turn the device on and off
- Press the green O (OK) button to enter
- Press the yellow - (←) button to clear
- Press the red X button to cancel and go back to the previous screen
- Hold down the 9-key until it beeps twice for the Main Menu
Printer:
- Paper roll size is 2 1/4 inches wide and up to 50 feet long.
- Replacement rolls can be purchased from any office supply store.
- Open the printer door on the top of the device and feed the paper through the small slot where the door closes.
- If there is no paper in the device or the paper roll is not fed correctly, the device will not auto-print receipts.
- Auto-print receipts can be enabled/disabled in the merchant console. Go to Device Manager > select the device > scroll to the bottom of the settings screen.
