If you have forgotten your password to the Merchant Portal for your merchant account, you can reset your password from the login screen. You must know your username to use the forgot password feature.
- Open the login page.
- Enter your username.
- Click Submit.
- Instead of entering a password, click Trouble Signing In.
- Choose from one of the scenarios below depending on your situation.
If you forgot your password:
- Select I forgot my password from the list of potential issues.
- Enter your username.
- Click Continue.
- Answer the two security questions.
- Click Submit.
- A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
- Click OK to get back to the login screen.
- Enter your new temporary password.
- Enter a new password.
- Re-enter the new password.
- Click Continue.
If you are locked out of your account:
- Select I think my account is locked from the list of potential issues.
- Answer the two security questions.
- Click Continue.
- If the questions were answered correctly, an temporary password will be sent to your email address with a message confirming your account has been unlocked.
- Click OK to get back to the login screen.
- Enter your username.
- Click Submit.
- Enter your password.
- Click Submit.
- Use the MFA method associated with your login to complete the process.
If you are having trouble with your security code:
- Select I am having problems with my security code from the list of potential issues.
- Enter your username.
- Click Continue.
- If you select I don't know my security code device, you will receive an email with security code device information so you can complete the MFA process with that device. If you select I need to reset my security code device, you will be prompted to set up MFA again the next time you login.
