Are you seeing this response when viewing a transaction?
The AVS result is Address: No Match & 5 Digit Zip: No Match. This means the address entered by the customer does not match what is on file at the customer’s card-issuing bank.
** Note: Transactions are processed in real-time. If the customer’s account is open and has sufficient funds for your sale, the customer’s card-issuing bank approves the sale and an authorization code is assigned to reserve funds until the transaction can be settled. This creates a pending transaction that your customer sees in their online banking. Although it will fall off without settling due to the error in your gateway, you can void the transaction and release funds immediately to expedite removal of that pending transaction on their end.
