If the transaction is a completed sale and in your current batch, follow these easy steps:
- Go to the Batches tab.
- Select the date the transaction took place.
- Check the box under the Void column.
- Select the Process Changes button at the bottom.
If the transaction is not in your batch but you were successful at finding the transaction in your gateway, please follow these easy steps:
- Locate the blue buttons on the right hand side.
- Select Void
- Check the box to ‘Release Funds Immediately’. This will make the pending authorization fall off at the card issuing-bank faster!
If you do not have the Void Transaction button after you have successfully found the transition in your gateway, please follow these steps:
- Locate the Quick Credit box on the right hand side.
- Click the Credit button to process the refund and add to your daily batch.
